THE PHILOSOPHY

— FARM TO BOTTLE —

We believe great spirits begin in the soil. Our sugar cane is grown on our family farm in Surin province, harvested by hand, and pressed within hours. Every step of the process — from fermentation to double distillation in our copper pot still — happens under one roof, guided by three generations of knowledge.

The result is a spirit that carries the terroir of Thailand’s northeastern plains: earthy, subtly sweet, and unmistakably alive.

MALAI THAI RUM

Double-distilled from fresh-pressed Surin sugar cane. Clean, smooth, with notes of vanilla and tropical fruit. 40% ABV.

MALAI COCONUT

Our signature rum infused with roasted Surin coconut. Rich, creamy, with a natural sweetness that lingers. 40% ABV.

MALAI CHA THAI

Thai tea-infused rum that captures the soul of Thailand’s beloved cha yen. Bold, aromatic, and utterly unique. 14% ABV.
