Songkran is Thailand’s most beloved festival — a time of water, renewal, and togetherness. This year, we invite you to celebrate with Malai Thai Spirits, our farm-to-bottle craft spirit double-distilled from Surin sugarcane, winner of the IWSC Hong Kong Silver Medal.

🌿 The Surin Cooler

สดชื่นเหมือนสายน้ำสงกรานต์ — มะไลไทยรัม มะนาวสด น้ำตาลปึก และโซดา เป็นเครื่องดื่มที่เรียบง่ายแต่มีเอกลักษณ์

English:
Fresh as the first splash of Songkran water. Malai Thai Rum meets fresh lime juice, palm sugar syrup, and sparkling soda for a clean, refreshing serve.

Recipe:

• 45ml Malai Thai Rum
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml palm sugar syrup
• Top with soda water
• Garnish: lime wheel + fresh mint

Our coconut expression meets fresh coconut water and pineapple juice in a tropical, crowd-pleasing serve — perfect for those hot April afternoons when the water fights never stop.

Recipe:

• 45ml Malai Coconut Spirit
• 60ml fresh coconut water
• 30ml pineapple juice
• Ice, served in a coconut shell or tall glass
• Garnish: pineapple slice + toasted coconut
